Nicholas N. DiSalvo, ESQ.

Nicholas N. DiSalvo, Esq. (“Nick”) has been fighting for the rights of injured workers for more than a decade. As partner with Han DiSalvo Han LLP, his practice focuses on zealously representing individuals who have suffered work related injuries from construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, use of force altercations, and occupational diseases. He is the chair of the firm’s construction practice.

Nick was born and raised in Yonkers and has close ties to Westchester, the Bronx, and Queens. He has a diverse employment background which enables him to analyze problems from various perspectives to better serve his clients. During his adolescence he worked as a mechanic in his father’s automotive repair shop. In college he worked weekends as a landscaper and spent his summers interning for a multinational Wall Street financial services firm. During law school he interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Law Department for the City of Yonkers. After graduating law school, in addition to practicing law, he also served as a Commissioner on his local Zoning Board of Appeals for several years.

When he is not in the Courtroom, Nick regularly conducts educational seminars for union members in the NYC metropolitan area regarding injured workers’ rights. He resides in Eastchester with his wife and children. His wife Christine is also a lawyer, serving as an Assistant District Attorney.
