Our Firm
Experience Combined with Energy and the Desire to Succeed.
Han DiSalvo Han LLP is dedicated to providing personalized legal representation across various practice areas, including workers’ compensation, construction accidents, disability benefits, 3/4 pensions, and fair debt collection practices.
Established in August 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, our firm was founded by partners Bernard C. Han, Nicholas N. DiSalvo, and Timothy C. Han, who sought to advocate for the rights of injured workers under their own direction. Having collaborated for many years at a previous firm—Bernie and Nick since 2011, with Tim joining in 2014—they recognized their cohesive working dynamic and shared commitment to client advocacy.
With over 30 years of combined “big firm” experience, our attorneys possess the expertise to navigate complex legal challenges while offering the personalized service of a boutique firm. At Han DiSalvo Han LLP, clients can expect direct engagement with our partners, ensuring dedicated and individualized representation throughout their legal journey.
Our deep understanding of New York’s legal landscape enables us to effectively represent clients in areas such as workers’ compensation claims, construction accident litigation, Social Security Disability applications, 3/4 pension pursuits for New York City correction officers, and cases involving violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We are committed to securing the best possible outcomes for our clients, providing compassionate support and expert guidance every step of the way.
